GREAT 22.5 inch metal baffle cured raccoon problem! This large 22.5 inch metal baffle finally stopped my resident raccoon from reaching my stand-alone bird feeder. The bird feeder came with a smaller plastic baffle that worked great for the squirrels but the raccoon just climbed up the pole, reached past the plastic baffle and pulled himself up onto the bird feeder tray for a nightly feast. So far so good I love feeding wild birds. The sad fact about this is, squirrels come too. I like squirrels but can’t afford to feed them too. So this baffle has proven to be a great deterrent.
