  1. Inadequate illustration of seabirds, but otherwise a very fine guide I bought this book for a cruise my family did that visited Picton, Wellington, Akaroa, Dunedin, and Fiordland NP. There are a lot of things to like about this book. The information, especially conservation information and highly specific details about where to find threatened species, was highly illuminating.
