Great backyard book A great guide to a specific region. As soon as I cracked this thing open I noticed some of the birds I see on a daily basis. Book also contains detailed photos and gender differences. Also included is ducks and other types of birds. Great high quality book. I wish it came in hardcover as well!

Five Stars Awesome! Very helpful. I live in New England and have recently put up a bird feeder (about a year ago) and I have watched a lot of birds that I have never seen before. This book was just what I needed to identify some of the less obvious species. This book is extremely helpful in determining male and females as well. I’m new to the bird world and this book is an easy to read and follow field guide. I’m really enjoying nature more than ever!
