Concerned fan questions authors choices I’ve been a fan of The Academy since New Years at which time I binged and read all available Academy books and desperately looked forward to the next book. The books are well written and always leave you wanting more, House of Korba included. I will say that the urgency, the desperate need to read the next book is declining.   2. Disappointed Fan. I have been a huge fan of this series for over a year and have anticipated every book that CL has released, this one was no exception. I preordered it, stayed up till it was released and read it in one sitting. Like I’ve done with her last 3 books. The concept of this series is amazing. I love Sang and the guys (Mr. Blackbourne is my favorite.) Unfortunately this book kinda let me down. It was rushed, and there’s so much going on that it left me feeling confused of my feelings for the series…

  3. Please Finish This Plot…Need To Read New Material Please… I feel like this series is stalling a bit. Sang is supposed to be smart but she still can’t tell if the guys she’s been hanging around with, night and day like her? She can’t be that blind to how boys and girls act around someone they like. Even she knew the difference whether or not her so called “mother” liked her or her sister better when she was getting abused.
