  1. Very good sprouting seed for the price. Pros: Excellent price, good growth. Cons: Somewhat slower growing compared to High Mowing seeds, more foreign matter. First time I have tried these seeds. I soak overnight, plant in soil , leave in dark 4 days then 2 or 3 days in light. First crop seemed about 1 day behind in growth at 4 days compared to HM seeds I have used previously. These seeds did not stain the soak water nearly as much as HM seeds. Also these seeds appear to be larger but I didn’t assess this accurately. More foreign…

  2. Grew identical to the more expensive ones. Edited to add:They don’t taste as good as the organic brand. Those taste nutty these taste more grassy and bitter. I’m making micro greens…

  3. Good choice for sprouting I grow these in a tray in a dirt medium to be used as sprouts to put in my salad. They sprout very well…it appeared that all of them sprouted. As a note, sunflowers are hot weather plants and won’t grow well in cool or cold temperatures. Our home is kept at 77 degrees and the sunflower seeds grow well in that temperature.
