Don’t be fooled by the close up pictures! This was a really disappointing purchase and I’m glad I didn’t buy one of the more expensive varieties. Your better off buying suet cakes than this stuff. The quality of the seed seems to be fine but the cake is so small you’ll be lucky if it lasts a day!
The birds love it The birds love this stuff. Unfortunately is not waterproof. After 4 inches of rain it was about ready to fall apart. It was funny to see a Chickadee flyaway with a chunk of seeds as big as his head. Even the doves decided to use the feeder to get to this stuff and knocked it down. Ringnecked doves are pigs.
