The Perky Pet 342 Quick Fill Bird Seed Scoop is a great idea, and concept, its design is not perfect but it gets the job done.I keep my bird seed in 25 gallon plastic containers. Most of my feeders have narrow mouths so this scoop was appealing to me for that reason, plus, one scoop of seed would fill one feeder (the scoop scoops up to 4 cups of seed), eliminating my need to keep using other cups and funnels to scoop and fill my feeders.The funnel aspect of this scoop is…

  2. perfect for those little openings on bird feeders I purchased this as when we moved from one house to another I lost my first one. I can testify that they last a long time as my first one was about 3 years old and still worked just as good as day one. I have several feeders and one has a small opening and without using this the seeds would be scattered all over and around that feeder ( much to the delight of the squirrels too) Now the squirrels have to figure out how to get to the feeders more of a challenge and I am not wasting seeds…

  3. Wasted my money and my sanity; speaking of birds, “cheap, cheap, cheeeeeap”! Guess you get what you pay for sometimes. First, the stupid label (as another buyer mentioned) left a horribly sticky residue! As you can see in the picture, it’s a big label. I was just going to leave the glue but it was just too gross so I took a bottle of GooGone to it and, with a substantial amount of effort, got it all off.
