Birds Love This Stuff and No Mess! This seed is fantastic for tube feeders and brings all kinds of birds in. I mainly use this because it is a no mess seed mix and I don’t get all kinds of plants growing under my feeder. I also don’t get any of the empty sunflower shells which isn’t a good look. No mess bird seed Well my biggest complaint is all the peanuts and sunflower seeds. The mix I got was ok.. they liked it but it was still messy. I am now buying from a local bird shop but sadly there is not an online website. I get a mix specifically made for my Northwest WA birds. It is all mixed in their store. Only mess is from me filling the feeders LOL. This was good in a pinch where I had to have something and I couldn’t get to the bird store since it is over an hour away from me.
Neighborhood birds leave the millet and canary seed Good quality seed, but my neighborhood birds here in Northwest Montana have no interest in the millet and canary seed. They eat the peanuts and sunflower chips only so I end up throwing out the millet and canary seed. I won’t be buying this mix again. Next I will try black oil sunflower hearts and shelled peanuts bought in separate bags.
