Organic, whole seeds These seeds are organic, and the company states on their website the country of origin is both USA and Bulgaria. That’s a bit confusing, but at least it isn’t China.I take milk thistle in my morning green smoothie. These are whole seeds, so I first blend them into a fine powder in my blender before consuming them. The ground seed powder blends in well with the other ingredients in my smoothie, which for me are organic spinach, strawberries, blueberries, banana, stevia, and organic…
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, grind, add cinnamon and make a wonder hot or cold tea! Put it in a coffee grinder and then your Mr. Coffee or other such tool add some Cinnamon to the ‘grounds’ and it makes a wonderful tea, hot or cold. Milk Thistle has been proven to regenerate your liver and tea made from ground seeds is many more times as effective as capsules which are ‘very ‘ effective. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. My next trial is to see if I can sprout these seeds and use them in salad, etc.
Do your liver a favor. Great! I grind these up to a rough consistency and make a tea out of them. Neutral flavor, so I usually blend it with another wellness tea – hibiscus, rose hips, or even black tea. Well researched liver benefits.
