Outstanding product, our finches love it! Our Lady Gouldian finches love it! They used to pick through and eat only a quarter of the seed they were given.With Dr. Harvey’s all that’s left is the husks! Love, love Love, love, love this food. I buy both Dr. Harvey’s cockatiel and finch formula, as well as his Whole Food Concentrate powder for birds. My cockatiel is 22 years and healthy, full of energy. My sister was visiting and hadn’t seen my cockatiel in years. She commented how shiny and beautiful his feathers were. I also have a pigeon that I mix the cockatiel and finch food together for. He loves it. My birds have outlived many of my friends’ pet birds. I seriously believe it’s because I feed them…
The beepers LOVE this!! Highest recommendation. The beepers (zebra finches) LOVE this seed. This is the first time Iâve seen them choose seed over fresh hardboiled egg, sprouts, and arugula for their first bite of the morning. This seed smells like fresh grain and yummy nuts. Iâm half tempted to try it as topping for my steel-cut oats! We always feed the beepers the the highest-quality food as it is, which we mix ourselves (we have never used garbage pet bird seed), so that should tell you how good this is. We will be buying this from now on.
