  1. For the Birds……. I have been buying this product for years. This past year the ratio of “filler” has noticeably changed. Before my husband and I used to joke that we could serve it to guests there was so many nuts and sunflower seeds. Now it seems to be much fore filler, and the chickadees throw it to the ground. I wouldn’t mind if the price went down, but it keeps going up. I purchased 2 more bags to hold us over but I will be looking for a new supplier that gives me a better product. What a shame.

  2. Not the Same Kaytee Nut and Fruit Blend was formerly a fabulous product. It was a premium mix that didn’t last long in the feeder. The birds greedily consumed it. Upon opening a bag, the scent of fresh nuts and cherries was intoxicating. Both aromatic and visually appetizing. The product was a mix of quality fruit, large sized nuts, and seeds that was superior to other feeds, making the extra cost more than worth it.   3. Reliable Brand, Excellent Product! I have a rule of thumb that bird seed should have a minimal quantity of (cheap) millet and milo and cost less than $2 per pound. This stuff fit the bill on Amazon, has plentiful sunflower seeds and peanuts, with a few fruit bits tossed in.
