ok I didn’t use this for cooking but for a craft project that required suet. Be warned it has a lot of flour mixed in, I assume it is to keep the pieces from sticking together. So it is not a true 200 grams of suet but 170 grams of suet and 30 of flour. not sure how this will affect cooking recipes. Next time I’ll get pure from esty or someplace else.
