High quality and easy to install, may not fully solve the mess issue We installed this on our front porch railing and hung a squirrel-buster bird feeder from it. let alone hold anything like a plantar This really didn’t work for us, it could be because the neck of our condo is not the highest of quality. It wouldn’t hold up straight on it’s own, let alone hold anything like a plantar. This may be useful if you have a nice sturdy deck railing, we had to drill into the railing and it still wasn’t stable enough to leave there.
