UNBELIEVABLE CARELESSNESS From the shattered pieces, this is very likely beautiful and precisely what I wanted. The bird bath is GLASS and there was virtually no protective packing materials – just a single strip of brown paper in an oversized box. This is highly disappointing. I am astounded at this lack of care.
