Truly is waste free Most birdseed blends contain sunflower seeds which leave a mess of white shells all over the yard, porch patio, or any area you spread it. I like this feed because it is waste free. The birds seem to like it, they perch all around every morning waiting for me to bring it out. I used to be able to get large bags but I can only find this small bag now. Wish I could still find the large ones.
