A very charming bird feeder ****Updated Review ****It took about 2 months, but this morning I FINALLY had some birds use the bird feeder! It took more patience than I even knew I possessed and weekly seeding of my backyard *for details on that debacle, read previous review * but the bird feeder works and I am thrilled, hence updating my review from 3 to 5 stars.ð¥°****Previous 3 star review ***My husband bought this bird feeder to feed my âsubjectsâ which is what he calls the few little birdies…
Perfect! Filled this with black-oiled sunflower seeds as soon as it arrived. The moment I put it out for the birds, the GoldFinches were pulling seeds out to eat. That’s all I needed to see; it’s a hit! I’ll order more.
Maybe good for smaller birds. This feeder seems great to ME, a human. It’s easy to fill and hang. The birds have barely touched it. The perches are fairly small, so I’m looking into changing to a feed that attracts the smaller birds. I usually get cardinals at my feeders. They just look at this one, without even trying to feed.
