  1. Powerful and Ultra Quiet We are remodeling our kitchen and replacing all of our appliances including the vent over my flat top stove. I found this beautiful brushed stainless steel range hood. After it was installed I couldn’t wait to try it out. The exhaust fan was ultra-quiet and powerful. It removed all the indoor heavy cooking odors while using the BBQ grill feature on my stove. The quality stainless steel baffle filters were easy to clean while I just put them into the dishwasher.

  3. Poor Quality Surface Finish I bought this range hood figuring it was a very good price. But you get what you pay for. I haven’t installed it yet because doing so would have ruled out any chance of me being able to return it. As it turns out, XtremeAir is refusing to take it back or replace it anyway so I’m going to install it. Fingers are crossed that it works. The problem is the surface finish. It looks very good in most areas but in my hood, there is a distinct defect/flaw in the surface finish. There is not a…
