wakes you up in the middle of the night. the fan has a nasty habit of coming on all by itself. Also the digital clock gains time. These problems started after my warranty period so I’d have to pay for a new replacement control module. I really can’t understand why the manufacturer would design a kitchen fan without a manual over ride incase the digital controls startedacting up. It always seems to come on early in the am like around 3am on fan level 4 which is loud enough to wake the house.
Impossible to clean After using it for a couple months now, I realized that it’s impossible to clean it. Those strips under the cover can accumulate grease. Dish washer can’t get rid of it. Impossible to reach under the edges.As a range hood, it does the job – it’s pretty powerful. Along with that power, it’s pretty laud, especially the level 4. But to me that fine.
Range Hood So glad I replaced my 440CFM GE with this! Sits far enough out to cover all our gas range and removes odors good! Works for us! Wish it had a night light! No feature for lower light level. Also clock is 24hr military time, no setting for 12hr. Well constructed!
