Mark also discusses planning your trip, things you might need to bring, things to watch out for and some solid birding field techniques that with practice and patience can get you closer to the birds.

The book is loaded with beautiful bird pictures that Mark took himself at all of the locations in the guide book.

Great Guide and Reference for Florida Birding I first discovered Mark Smith on You Tube and found his video informative and accurate because I live in Florida and often photograph birds at these often hidden from most of us birding sites. Some are literally a few feet off the interstates, free and full of birds and wildlife. If you are a photographer and travel in or through Florida, Mark’s book is a great reference tool with all the information you need to visit one of the sites. The book is extremely well done. I very much appreciate…
