  1. Great little guide I bought this as a ‘welcome to your bird neighborhood’ for our new neighbors. Just the right amount of information to get them started on a general appreciation of the local feathered community.

  2. We Do a Lot of Bird Watching In Our Yard We have a copy of Birds of South Dakota for our house there, and since we are now spending so much time in Missouri, we had to get a more wide-ranging bird guide than what is available through in-state resources. Love the color-coded thumb guides along the edge, so that we don’t have to flip through the entire book looking for a specific bird.

  3. Contains Copious Dove Information Bought it for my friend for her birthday. She loves it so much more than the generic guides, since these are the birds actually in the state.
