Nice house. Pleasantly surprised by the quality of this bird house. First of all I got a day earlier than anticipated. There are made of cedar and screwed, not nailed together. Looks like stainless steel screws. The front wall pivots open smoothly. Fit and finish is top notch. They even provide an extra protective opening plate for northern bluebirds. VERY well made bluebird boxes… I am happy I found these Wild Wings bluebird houses.Great price and they’re very well made.I purchased 2 to go with 2 older houses I have.It has a clean out door, a mesh floor and treads/grooves to help the babies get up to the entrance when they’re ready to fledge.It also has an extended predator entrance that gives the babies perch room and comes with an additional preditor attachment if needed.Also..the roof is thick and has grooves the parents can perch…
Good value for the price. These are a less expensive copy of the “Nature’s Way” Bird Box/House I have, which has a longer roof and thicker overall constriction material. I have 3 of the Wild Wings (thinner material) and would buy either one them again.Pictures show that the longer roof (Left side of Photo) on the “Natures Way” protects the entry better against weather.
