Think Ahead I would have given this product 5 stars if the designer would have thought about how his cutomer was supposed to clean out the old nest. It should have been made in two pieces that would come apart for easy cleaning. The only access in or out is thru the small hole in the front. It is cute, it is made in a material that will last many years but will be difficult to clean.
Cute as a button! This birdhouse is not only cute, but seems sturdy and well made. It’s not likely to fall apart any time soon. We have it hanging outside, near our oak trees, and it seems to be weathering okay so far.
I like to modify I had read previous reviews & knew that it had issues. Ok, its cute. I like to modify, personalize, customized, what ever I’ll fix it. There is hair line crack starting at the entey hole that runs at least 2 inches & its not a transportation issue its a flaw. On the other side of the hole is a big gobby wade of resin, what ever material they used to make it. The entry hole is too large for a wren so the only bird that would inhabit it would be a sparrow, hey if you like sparrows you’ll get…
