Narrow interior dimensions provide a cozy environment conducive to heat retention. Each bat house arrives at your door ready to install, there are pre-drilled mounting holes in the lower section, and a steel hanger installed on the back. but the craftsmanship was terrible. For $40 I expected this to be made … I was very excited to get this, but the craftsmanship was terrible. He explained the item was most likely damaged during shipping and offered to send another. The second item suffered from none of issues the first one did, and we are quite happy with it!
No chemicals needed. Give those natural pest repellents and a home. Well built. Love the ‘Murican flag on it. Have it hung on the back of my house about 12 feet high. After 5 days of hanging I already have a bat family living in there. Love seeing them leave and fly around my yard at night eating up all those skeeters. FYI, I’m originally from Boston. Live in the South now over 10 years. Learnin’ the lingo 🙂
