It’s okaaaaay, but quality control really needs to take less coffee breaks So first I’ll say that I tend to expect the best, and really like the style of many of the outdoor items from this company, but when I placed a large order a couple of the items that I received were below my expectations and less than the pictures shown online.On to the house. Marginal It is much smaller than I thought it would be. The picture suggests the wood is stained/sealed, which it is not. Quality is marginal. I will give it a try, but I doubt it last beyond a season.
Wrens won’t use it. Perhaps putting it on the top of a fence is not high enough? Had to tape joints to keep water out in strong downpour. It has an odd odor, which may be why they won’t use it?
