Great. Basically all of them germinated and grew beautifully. I planted in mid May in zone 6, and my first flower opened this week (July 26th).
They are fun and beautiful Generally speaking the seeds were productive. Mixing all the different varieties in the same bag doesn’t make sense for home garden planning and planting. If you have a relatively large area that you want to fill with sunflowers and nothing else, spread the seeds and get what you get. They are fun and beautiful. One variety truly was the size of a small tree and had to be cut down with a saw in the fall.
Wow it works. I finally decided to try it. In a couple of days there was some germination. In a week I had about 4 inches in height. I’m no where near a guru on planting. This was my first plant to germinate. I did use a warming mat for indoor planting.
