Nevermind! This bird seed is going to last me a very long time. I should have checked the ingredients, for (c’mon, you guys) most birds are not at all interested in including millet in their diets. It is, however, a cheap money-maker for the seller!
A good value, but not mess-free. The Finches, Doves and Chickadees in my area love the seed, but they all scatter the corn bits. The squirrels take advantage of the nuts that the smaller birds don’t eat. Since Audubon Park removed the sunflower seeds from their “No Mess” seed, we’ve been buying the Kaytee Ultimate No-Mess seed, and the birds seem to love it. I will not say that it is truly “No-Mess” though because the little birds scatter everything they don’t like.
Birds love it but……. The birds definitely like this stuff but I went through it in 2 days. I get a lot of birds. Too expensive for me when I go through it so quickly. I pay $26 for a 50# bag of premium seed. I’ll have to stick with that.
