Just chips and pieces, don’t waste your time if you need whole kernels The description is either inaccurate or misleading, or both. This is not “hearts” or kernels, it’s a chopped up version that should be so labelled, e.g. “chips” or “pieces”. Most pieces are less than a quarter the size of a sunflower kernel, some quite smaller than that. There are few if any full kernels. Since I need whole kernels, this was returned immediately.
