They Hum Because They Don’t Know the Words, But They’re Fast and Beautiful! This is a great product. Using the 4 water to 1 sugar ratio, filling the well with sugar water is easy and quick. After about 3-4 years in intense sun the red does fade, but one spray from a can of Krylon plastic paint does the trick for years to come. A good buy, well loved by these little warriors.By the way..the small well where the bar from the hook meets the feeder, should be filled with water to drown incoming ants.
Not popular among smaller hummers They are truly easy to clean. The company said they don’t contain BPA that will harm the hummers. I like the fact that I can wrap the bottom part with foil and foam to block the sunlight from directly shinning on the reservoir.
