Birds Prefer Now the birds won’t eat out of the other feeder which they loved so much that I bought twice since bear kept hauling them off. Only quibble is that because it allows drainage under the seeds, very fine seeds may fall through. I was going to remedy by putting piece of heavy duty paper underneath with a few holes punched in it but found it unnecessary with the Wagner’s I use.
