I love this water container I went through 5 products before trying this one out. I wish I would’ve found this product sooner rather than later. I love this water container! Easy to assemble and attach. Easy to detach for water refills and maintenance. I like the snap, lock in feature for security measure. The design of it definitely prevents the water from being contaminated from bird droppings. Reasonably priced. I was not disappointed. I highly recommend this product!
Great Item in Lousy packaging This is a great feeder/ waterer but the item comes on a flimsy bit of cardboard not heavy enough to hold the item. I ordered one to see how I liked it. Then I ordered 2 more. The second 2 arrived floating in the carton, separate from the item packaging. Both of them were missing the plastic nut necessary to hold the feeder to the cage. I contacted amazon. They sent me a single replacement feeder instead of 2 replacement nuts. Now I can’t find how to request an additional nut for my other…
