Good for the price It was fun for my 9-year old to assemble, but it required a bit of help from an adult. And honestly, following the directions would not have ended up with a secure structure. It was easy enough, however, to tell where it would be good to add an extra nail or some more glue.
Great gift built or just in the bag These are great. They make a cheap, easy to build gift, and with a little extra effort to construct them using some filler putty and a little sandpaper, these come out really nice. Be creative with the finish work. Glue on some trim, foliage, or even little fake birds. Sky is the limit
good craft for the price This was a good craft for the price. It is a little smaller than it appears in the picture (I wish I had gotten out my ruler) and it was hard for 12 year old girls to start the nails because of how tiny the nails are. Although it put together nicely with the help of wood glue and a helper to hold the pieces. The wood accepted paint well and the girls were happy with how it looked at the end!
