I love it! I love this thing! I have 2 cockatiels and I use to mist them with water. That method was fine but it would soak the whole cage and I’d to change the newspaper right after. I have been looking for a bird bath everywhere but they were all way to small for a cockatiel/medium sized birds. This one is perfect! When I got it home it was way bigger than what I thought it would be. I made some adjustments to the cage and now it hangs easily outside the cage. I just wish it was clear and not brown…

I bought it for a Quaker, but I would recommend you decide whether this is appropriately sized for your parakeet based on his/her bathing style.
