Sturdy and nice looking. I gave this to my daughter to sit on her deck. I liked the design. We put rocks in the area around the bottom and it is very steady. The plastic was thicker than I was expecting and the color looked better than on the computer screen. Update – the birdbath has help up through several below freezing nights.

I like the bottom stand as you can plant plants in it in springtime or make a rock garden. Also it is a smooth basin so I can put a bird bath heater in it in the winter.
