  2. Cute But Impractical This is a cute little decorative item for the deck, patio or garden but I haven’t yet discovered its practical use. The lilypad is too shallow for a birdbath and most likely the lightweight figurine would easily tip over were a bird to attempt bathing anyhow. It holds only a handful of birdseed so don’t blink or you’ll miss the desired chance to view lovely feathered friends snacking….also, unless firmly secured to a squirrel-proof perch, not much chance of birds getting to the food first.   3. Leaf is tiny Look at your palm —just the base, not including fingers. This is the size of that bath of the top of the toad. It is a cute thing to put under the tree but will not really serve as a bath due to being super tiny.
