1.If the protection function starts, please release it as follows
Fully cover the solar panel for 3-5 seconds (For example, cover the entire solar panel with a towel or clothing, or put it in a closed, opaque box), then re-put it in the birdbath or pond.
2.How to clean the water pump?
A. Be sure to put enough water in the fountain especially on sunny days; always keep the pump under the water surface.
B. Change water frequently to keep the water clean to avoid any dirt blocking the pump.
C. Be careful to protect the solar panel to avoid any damage.
D. Keep the surface of solar panel clean constantly.

Beautiful bubbles! I love this little solar fountain! Itâs small, so be aware of that, but itâs exactly what I was looking for to put in a small birdbath I have in my garden. The stream was a little high for my taste so I removed the spout and it just bubbles a little, keeping the water in my birdbath. My wild birds will love it this Spring! This is such a great product at such a great price!
Great Product and I love it I love this product! Each head gives a slightly different spray pattern. It worked immediately and attracted birds to the bird bath the first day! This unit produces 2.5 W and has a battery. It worked on a partially sunny day with a good stream. It doesnât stop when a momentary cloud blocks the sun.
Does NOT store energy/REFUND issued Does NOT store energy. Cloud passes over, no fountain. Light weight and can put up small stream of water up to 12 inches but if you have a smaller bowl the water will blow out. If it is overcast, itâs sporadic at best. It does stop on its own if there is no water.UPDATE: After my review was posted the seller contacted me and offered a refund. A couple of days later a refund was sent to my card. I wasnât even asked to send it back. Itâs nice to know that they care about their customer…
