especially well designed birdbath I like the color, which is the cobalt as shown. What’s unexpectedly good is the way the top actually fits into the base with a smart design, so unlike many two-part ceramic birdbaths, the top doesn’t readily fall off (and break). Nice product. I wish it were taller, but it is exactly what it says, so can’t complain about that.
Broken to pieces – but after 3rd replacement I have my birdbath Received this today in a badly beaten up outer box, opened to find two smaller boxes with minimal padding. Inside the two smaller boxes were the basin and pedestal smashed to pieces. There was absolutely nothing in the boxes to pad the two parts. I am expecting the replacement tomorrow and hope to update this with a more positive review but if its packaged the same way I imagine the new one will be broken too.
Just as advertised The birdbath is just as advertised. It is even the same lovely blue as in the photos. I am very happy with my purchase. It does come in two pieces, and they are heavy.
