  1. Great birdbath I owned an older version of this birdbath that was made of a much thinner material and weighted much less. I left it outdoors year round and used an electric heater in the New Jersey winters. It lasted about 8 years but was finally done in by the heater due to carelessness on my part.   2. Super ground bird bath; great for ground feeders. The birds where I live are truly wild. I don’t think anyone has even thrown food out for them on the ground. I am trying to attract sparrows – most people don’t – but that’s all we see in the area for now. Sparrows are ground feeders. I assume a ground birdbath is great for them.   3. It doesn’t look like the picture it comes completely white I bought this bird bath because I feed chippy birds, doves and squirrels in the backyard. I also wanted something that fit in with the garden. At first no animal would come near it for months and slowly but surely they are starting to bath and drink from it.
