Better Than Expected. This was actually, a bit better than expected. Not real heavy duty, but alright. Note that in putting it together, you must be careful to get the threads lined up properly, as it will go together crooked and screw down tight and you might think it is bent or defective. It isn’t. Just line it up carefully and it will screw down in the proper position. I used just a touch of Vaseline, on the threads. Looks good down by the garden and the Birds, seem to like it.
I love this bird bath I love this bird bath! I have it in my native garden front yard. I love seeing the birds in the morning! This is plastic but sure doesn’t look it, looks like a nice bronze bath. It comes with anchor spikes which have worked for me so far. They’ve held up to pretty strong winds and hard rains (Florida). So far I haven’t noticed any fading either.
Excellent choice! Love this birdbath! Like others have mentioned, it is much lighter than I expected but I just put sand in the base and used the stakes provided to anchor it to the ground. Now just waiting for my first customer!
