If the pump can’t work in sunlight, please follow me to take action:
1, Clean and check the pump, remove the nozzle exclude the air inside.
2, Place it under full sunlight , Reconnect the nozzle, press the panel full into the water then release.

If the protection function has been started, please release it as follows:
1. Fully cover the solar panel or place the fountain in the dark environment for 3-5 seconds (For example, cover the entire solar panel with a towel or clothing, or put it in a closed, opaque box), then re-put it in the birdbath or pond.
2. The next day, the fountain will automatically release the protection function and again work normally.
