Excellent Buy Jan. 2014 – After 3 seasons in our garden the stand and bowl still look fantastic and have held up extremely well. Nothing has rusted, no peeling paint, nothing bent or broken from storms, the copper still looks great. Unlike a cement, ceramic or plastic bowl which will end up cracking or shattering if they fall, if this hits the ground after a bad storm, we just pick it up and put it back on the stand no harm done. Well worth the money, we’ve stopped wasting cash on the cheap ones from home…
Very pretty This was expensive but worth it. My old incredibly heavy ceramic one broke and I wanted something light weight that doesn’t require a crane to pick it up. This is so easy to lift and clean and refill. I like that it’s on a metal stake, too. Some bird baths are so deep that birds can’t actually bathe in them, but this one is just the right depth and has a nice wide rim for the birds to stand on and drink. Worth the $$$ I have used this all summer and it still looks great. The birds drink out of it, but rarely bathe in it, so I may need to try a different spot! This is beautiful and the prong stays in the ground even in high winds. I empty it daily to prevent slime and mosquito larvae. I read reviews for hours before spending the extra money this one cost compared to many others.
