Great, low cost binoculars for bird-watching or bow-hunting I took this pair of binoculars out for a day of hiking and animal watching. I can tell you that they are FAR better suited to this than my compact 10×25 binoculars. For one, the larger objective lens means you get more light, and the 8x magnification means that you get less hand-shaking than the 10x binoculars.
