Woodlink Magnum Thistle Feeder Model MAG2

Deliver 360 degrees of thistle seed access with the Woodlink Plastic Magnum Nyjer Screen Feeder and feed more birds than any other feeder of comparable size. Built to survive the elements, the metal mesh screens of this simple design comfortably accommodates a flock of hungry songbirds and eliminates inevitable squabbles resulting from a limited number of seed ports. Wide hunter green roof and seed catcher tray enhance this beautiful wire mesh tube style feeder which is ideal for perching birds and cling-feeding birds like goldfinches, house finches, pine siskins, redpolls. Fill with up to 5 lb of Nyjer thistle seed and extend the interval between feedings. Roof overhangs to provide protection from the elements and plastic won’t absorb water when wet and is less likely to attract mold and is easy to clean. Fully assembled, ready to hang from any small tree branch or hook with the attached 5-1/4″ chain and metal hook

I cut a hole in the center that’s just large enough for the chain to pass. I also wish they used rod instead of a lame chain to hold it up. I’ll add photos of it if I can figure out how to. The birds do love it and the…
