This feeder is very cheaply made and does not work well; All the birdseed runs out the bottom and all over the garden. We even tried to cover some openings and use black sunflower seeds rather than the smaller seed., but it was still no good. Now it is in the garbage pile. Good bird feeder Great bird feeder. The only problem I have is that the top can be a little difficult to put back on properly. Most of the time the top is only partially locked down which works just fine.
