Excellent Field Guide This is an excellent field guide – it’s the one our tour guide used when we visited Bundala National Park, and he gave it a strong recommendation. The book is a nice size to carry into the field, and doesn’t weigh a lot. It has good illustrations of the birds, with a separate section in the back for vagrant visitors to Sri Lanka.
