Great customer service! Iâve purchased 13 hummer feeders this spring/summer. We have a large hungry population which has expanded unbelievably since using these feeders. The blown glass is beautiful! Unfortunately the metal bird perch piece began to rust on two. I called Grateful Gnome customer service. They could not have been nicer. They sent me replacements within a couple of days. Very impressive quality and service!
Happy hummingbirds We are very happy with this hummingbird feeder. It’s made well and looks awesome. It is very easy to fill and clean as all the parts separate easily. The birds love it! They come in all day long to feed. I would definitely purchase from this seller again. They have emailed us numerous times to make sure all is well with this product and to give information regarding the birds.
Happy with our purchase! This feeder is gorgeous and feels sturdy. It is easy to disassemble for cleaning and refilling. Shipping was fast and it was packaged very securely. The only downside is that I have not seen any hummers drinking from it yet. I placed it near our current feeder in the hopes they would come to both feeders but I will keep replacing the juice in this feeder when I change out the other one too.
