I love it! After reading the reviews for most of the other “flimsy” Feeder Poles I took a chance on this one because it was made of steel. It arrived on time and in perfect shape, box and contents. The item is not lightweight – 50 lbs and very sturdy as I’d hope. After putting the first two pieces together easily with by hand and then tightened by a wrench I started to put it in the ground. I attached two wrenches (opposite each other) to make it easier to start twisting it into the ground. It…
Great for large feeders This is awesome for a heavy feeder. Holds my big feeder fully loaded without a hitch! The paint for the black chipped because it got “stuck” together around one insertion point when I tried to take it apart, but I just applied a little olive oil and that fixed the sticking.
