Overpriced piece of junk Our squirrels defeated it with ease. At first I attached i using the provided cable ties. When I came back from work next day the spring was at the bottom of the pole. I then used some electrical wire to tie it up and it stays in place ever since. Once thing I noticed is that the spring got stretched to a length of about 1 foot with top rings being pretty sparse. I still couldn’t tell if that was caused by squirrels or something else until the weekend when I saw a squirrel jump over it…
Very disappointed! What a waste of money This worked for approximately three hours. That’s all the time it took a squirrel to cause it to kink and get to the feeder. Very disappointed! What a waste of money!
don’t waste your money on it This is nothing but a big ripoff,don’t waste your money on it.Metal is so thin and flimsy a squirrel would break it or stretch it out if it grabbed on to it.
Mine came as described because I read the description. Once installed I have had no problems. Squirrels have tried to jump on and over it but they just fall off. I did have to pull it tight once installed or it was going to fall down the pole. So far so good!
