Enjoying seeing the birds up close Brids seem to like this feeder – the male cardinal wouldn’t go in a smaller window bird feeder but did like this one. The female cardinal just sits there and chows down on the food. While the center area is for water – during the winter it freezes so better for feed vs water. WE’ve always hard yard feeders so was fun seeing the birds so close. For the first few weeks, it stuck to the windows quite fine.
Love this feeder! I love this bird feeder. I just put it up on my kitchen window a few days ago. Since it is winter, I haven’t put water in the center compartment for fear of it freezing. Instead, I placed dried mealworms in that area. It did not take long before I was watching birds at this awesome feeder. My cat and dogs are quite impressed by the avian show as well. And, the drawer feature for ease of filling and cleaning is wonderful. Highly recommend.
I really like the size I really like the size, but wish the feeding tray was deeper so it would hold more food. Sticks well to the window.
