Pretty, but fragile. This is my second purchase of this type of birdbath bowl. My first one only lasted one week. A storm blew it off the base and it shattered. I love the look of this birdbath, but it is very fragile. It has a pretty look in the garden

Okay, I have ordered things from Amazon before that I had to send back because they were broken (teapot), and was sort of hesitant to order this because of some of the previous reviews. I must say that I was very impressed by the packing job they did. It was shipped in the same box as the metal base that I ordered for it. Broken – day 1 Thought the color and size was perfect. HOWEVER, I am so bummed. I just got this yesterday, put it out when I got it, and now it is shattered in my lawn. I have no idea how this happened. The glass must be extremely breakable. It lasted about 12 hrs.
