  1. Good feeder I was looking for a bird feeder that would attract a variety of birds to entertain my son and my cat. At the same time I wanted the bird feeder to be durable and not to get gross after a rainfall. I settled for this one because of positive reviews, attractive look and implied solid construction. After looking around, I ended up buying it on Ebay for ~$18.

  2. Original hourglass feeder is a hit This wire mesh feeder can hold a lot of sunflower and other seeds and is unbaffled inside. It is solidly constructed, all metal, and the top and bottom plates are easily removed yet secure in use. The wire mesh is large enough for a variety of bird foods, if that is your desire. Birds went directly to the feeder after being hung.

  3. Can’t beat it We have three squirrels “from hell” One even started to chew our Anderson window in our kitchen–I think he was trying to get at our tomatoes. They are a real pain-but you have to admire how they use their brains. They can get on this feeder, but can only get one seed at a time. Seems like a lot of work to me-but not to them. The goldfinches love it and run around the ring to get the seed they like (I use three different kinds) Well made & sturdy.
